The 3,000-Acre Development is planned to add over 7,000 Homes in Northeast Houston
THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS - The Signorelli Company (TSC) is pleased to announce the purchase of a new tract of land located near Splendora, Texas. At over 3,000 acres, this master-planned community is estimated to add over 7,000 single-family homes to East Montgomery County. Located at FM 2090 & Daw Collins Rd., the new development will be 15 minutes from conveniences found at TSC’s Valley Ranch community and 5 minutes to Interstate 69.
“We are thrilled to bring our newest master-planned development to the East Montgomery County area,” said Signorelli Company senior vice president for the land division, Mike Miller. “The community is planned to provide a unique lifestyle program for residents, encouraging them to get outside with nature. Additionally, we are confident the master-planned community amenities, interspersed within a mix of housing products, will attract a variety of homebuyers.”
TSC is expected to break ground on this master-planned community in Q3 2022, with the first phase of single-family homesites delivered by the end of 2023. Upon completion, the community is anticipated to bring over 7,000 single-family homes, along with over 1 million square feet of multi-family, office, medical, retail and hospitality. The master plan will also feature a variety of amenities, including hundreds of acres of open space, numerous parks, miles of meandering trails, and various recreation areas. New homes are expected to range in price from the $250s to $700s.
