First America Homes, the award-winning homebuilding division of the Signorelli Company, is revealing a new model home in Granger Pines with a family event featuring “The Veteran Monster Truck.”  Saturday, February 26^th, guests can visit the Conroe community from 12pm-3pm to enjoy photos with the Monster Truck, face painting, and refreshments as they tour the new floor plan.

The new model home is the first of the builder’s newest Magnolia Collection.
