First America Homes, the homebuilding division of The Signorelli Company, is opening its doors to 8 move-in ready homes in Splendora Fields this Fourth of July weekend for an exciting open house event. Splendora Fields is a community north of Houston that has been gaining popularity due to its charming small-town feel, low tax rates, easy access to I69, and great shopping and dining at places such as Valley Ranch Town Center.

The Splendora Fields Open House will take place this Saturday, July 5th, from 1-4 PM at 15645 All Star Drive. Those who attend can learn about any of the homes from our esteemed community experts while enjoying a free (individually packaged) lunch from Schlotzsky’s!
