The event kicks off at 11 am Saturday, February 22 with free lunch and an informational session at the sales center at 12736 Lake Conroe Bay Road.  Those interested will be walked through the homebuying process, learn about $0 Down options and how to deal with credit issues, and meet with an on-site lender from First Community Credit Union for quick pre-approvals.

Sorrento Bay features the 1,433-square-foot Sabine floor plan model for its sales center. The popular single-story home offers a kitchen which opens to the family room and breakfast area, three bedrooms, and options for an expansive covered patio.
