As Senior Vice President of Marketing, Kim will lead the development and execution of an innovative and integrated marketing and communications strategy to help drive The Signorelli Company’s business development goals and dynamic expansion opportunities. Croley brings nearly 25 years of commercial real estate marketing and communications experience to the new role.

Croley joins The Signorelli Company after an 18-year tenure with commercial real estate firm Transwestern, most recently serving as Chief Marketing Officer. A member of the Transwestern Board of Directors and Executive Committee, Croley’s leadership responsibilities included internal and external corporate communications, media relationships, advertising, and marketing services for the Transwestern companies, which spans institutional and opportunistic investment, development, hospitality, and brokerage and asset services.
