Jocelyn is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over two decades of experience.  As Vice President of Talent and Engagement for The Signorelli Company, Jocelyn leads the firm's human resources efforts, helping manage its growth and continue developing its leadership. 

Prior to joining The Signorelli Company, Jocelyn built and lead the HR team at Strike, LLC, helping the team grow from 1,400 to over 6,000 employees.

Jocelyn is an avid reader and promotes literacy through the Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation. She has participated in humanitarian efforts in Nicaragua, volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, and made contributions to various organizations and charities throughout the Greater Houston area. Jocelyn and her husband reside in The Woodlands with their two sons.
