In her role, she implements best practices to drive professional growth, maximizes talent and promotes collaboration among the teams while fostering a culture of leadership and excellence. Her strategic initiatives in employee engagement, retention and talent development have solidified her as a key leader within the organization.

Experience:

Prior to joining The Signorelli Company, Jocelyn held senior leadership roles at Strike, LLC, a North American leader in energy services. During her tenure, she guided the company through rapid expansion, growing the workforce from 1,400 to more than 6,000 employees. Her contributions included implementing best-in-class HR enterprise software, integrating strategic corporate plans and leading transformative leadership development programs.
