Jeff Dewese, Senior Vice President for the land division of The Signorelli Company (TSC), brings over two decades of real estate experience.  In his current role, Jeff is involved in every aspect of the company’s land development operation, from acquisition, land planning, construction management, and landscape architecture, to reimbursement entity and HOA management and development. As head of his division, he is also responsible for the training and development of his entire team. 

Since joining the firm in 2017, Jeff has overseen the development and operations of over a dozen communities, including Granger Pines, which was named the Greater Houston Builders Association Developer Community of the Year in 2021.

Jeff worked for various reputable local and national builders before joining TSC, where he gained invaluable experience in construction, purchasing, sales, land project management, and leadership.

Jeff’s extensive experience has allowed him to collaborate with numerous Houston-area municipalities, local governments, and school districts.

Jeff is a graduate of Texas A&M University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. His community involvement includes serving as a member of The Association of Former Students at Texas A&M, leading and volunteering for the Cub Scouts, volunteering with the Angel Reach program and completing Leadership Montgomery County, where he is currently an active alumnus.
