The Signorelli Company has unveiled exciting plans for several major retail and mixed-use centers in Texas and Oklahoma. Valley Ranch Town Center will be a 240-acre regional shopping, dining and entertainment area for the entire 59/69 corridor northeast of Houston. At The Commons of Lake Houston, the company is planning an 5.83-acre retail development designed for the convenience of the residents of the Huffman, TX area. The Shops at Aspen Creek, located in the Tulsa, OK suburb of Broken Arrow, has a $40 million Warren Theatre as its entertainment anchor, with shopping, dining, multi-family residential, and more entertainment venues planned for this 100-acre mixed-use development.
