President / CEO

As founder and Principal of The Signorelli Company, Danny Signorelli has over 15 years of executive management experience in all facets of real estate development, including acquisitions, finance, residential and commercial development, leasing, marketing, and property management.

After earning his economics degree from Texas A&M University, Danny’s career began with statewide developer Suntex-Fuller Corporation where he was instrumental in building the company into a major developer of communities throughout Texas.

Danny founded the company bearing his name in 1994. Under his leadership, The Signorelli Company and its affiliate companies have developed more than 5,000 acres of residential communities, office buildings, health care facilities and countless single-family residential homes. He has also strategically positioned the company to enjoy substantial long-term growth through its current land positions and recent acquisitions.

With a focus on residential and retail development, Danny has put together a team of experienced executives to ensure the company can manage the opportunities of its aggressive growth rate.

Chief Financial Officer

David Weber has over 30 years experience in real estate construction and development coupled with expertise in virtually all aspects of residential construction, multi-family construction, management, land development, marketing, property management, accounting and finance.

Following graduation from Baylor University with a B.B.A., David started his career with General Homes then went on to work with Superior Homes, Torrey Homes, Royce Builders and D.R. Horton. David has built and developed in seven states and fifteen cities and has been involved with a number of start-up and fast-growth companies.

Executive Vice President – Acquisitions and General Counsel

Brandon Creighton has 15 years experience in the real estate development industry. Working in the marketing and sales division, Brandon has been instrumental in the growth of various Signorelli entities, including the development of more than 3,000 acres and the successful startup of the custom home building division, SDG Custom Homes.

Brandon has a legal background, earning his J.D. in law from Oklahoma City University of Law, and is involved with all daily operations of The Signorelli Company. His leadership has been instrumental not only in marketing and development, but in facilitating large scale acquisitions, and assisting in market and project analysis and feasibility.

Prior to joining The Signorelli Company, Brandon was a partner at the Law Offices of Creighton & Pullis, focusing on real estate. With his legal background, Brandon’s talents and expertise are very effective in identifying opportunities and helping manage the growth of The Signorelli Company.

As a past director of the Lonestar Groundwater District, and currently serving as State Representative for District 16 of the Texas State Legislature, Brandon is equally involved in representing Montgomery County on the state level. His ideals and public service are in line with the company’s efforts to continue to make a positive impact on our community and areas of development.

Controller

With over 25 years of accounting experience , Roger has provided timely and accurate reporting to management teams ( sales, marketing, purchasing, construction and accounting) resulting in cost efficiencies and higher margins.

Roger gained his experience working in the residential construction industry (local, regional and national companies) in both the public and private sector. Roger’s history includes holding controller positions for public builder D.R. Horton (Ft.Worth) as well as privately held builders Sovereign Homes (Dallas) and Wilshire Homes (Houston).

As Controller, Roger provides leadership and analysis for accounting and finance matters. Implementing and maintaining controls which assure integrity for the company’s financial assets.

Vice President – Land Development

Steve Sample is responsible for all levels and stages of Land Development including working with the land planners, engineers and builders to ensure all Signorelli Company projects are developed on time and within budget.

Steve earned a Master’s degree from Texas A&M University in the Land Economics and Real Estate Program, giving him a great base of knowledge before entering the real estate development business. Working for many great companies including developer Land Tejas, builder Emerald Homes and Fortune 500 Company D.R. Horton, Steve gained a wealth of experience before joining the Signorelli team in 2004.

In his tenure, Steve has developed over 500 residential lots in various Signorelli communities and has helped build a team that will continue to serve the development demands of the company’s interest.

Regional Sales Director

Perry M. “Bear” Prince was given the nickname “Bear” during a previous rodeo career and he is just called Bear by everyone. Bear is the Regional Sales Director for the Signorelli Company overseeing the Lake Houston Area. He started in the land business at age 18 after growing up in the business. Bear’s father was a developer and one of the founders of Diamondhead Corporation that built world-class resort communities around the United States and Caribbean.

Bear has an in depth understanding of all aspects of marketing and sales. He has been personally involved with the acquisition, development, marketing, and sales in the land development industry for over 32 years now. His expertise ranges from Resort Communities to Acreage Homesite Communities and experience expands over 13 states.

Prior to joining the Signorelli Company, Bear was a vice president and national sales trainer for Bluegreen Corporation. Bluegreen is a NYSE Company that has developed over 2000 communities in over 24 states. Bear was personally responsible for training hundreds of sales reps over the years. He is also a published author and much of his sales training material has been reprinted and published. He also worked in sales or management in many communities in the Houston Area on Lake Conroe, Lake Livingston, and acreage property in Montgomery, Harris, Ft. Bend, Waller, Grimes, and Walker Counties.

Bear is a deep well of knowledge in sales training and has also done much public speaking and motivational seminars in the Real Estate and Vacation Resort Industries. He is also a Texas Auctioneer and is active in the Houston Livestock Show on several committees such as the Steer Auction Committee and several Go Texan Committees. His favorite use of the tongue and gavel is raising money for St. Judes Children’s Hospital and Research Center in Memphis Tennessee that focuses on childhood cancer and cancer research.

Bear is test proctor for the Texas Real Estate Commission and has been an instructor at the American College of Real Estate and The University of Houston.

Marketing and Sales Director
New Home Construction Division

Craig Sultenfuss earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas in Marketing and has over 13 years professional and executive management experience in Marketing, Advertising and Sales. Craig is responsible overseeing the New Home Sales Division for The Signorelli Company overseeing the NE and NW Houston markets. Prior to joining the Signorelli Company team, Craig was a major contributing factor in taking a start up private logistics company to an extremely successful operation with a significant national presence. Craig has implemented this same entrepreneurial approach in the Real Estate Industry. With his diverse background in B2B and B2C sales, progressive and visionary approach towards identifying marketing opportunities and executing cost effective campaigns, Craig has played a vital role in the growth and success of The Signorelli Company. Craig places the highest value on the relationships cultivated over the years and continues to produce exceptional products with exceptional service.
