- Develop macro-market information to identify the dynamics of the local market
- Provide supply and demand analysis for both product and locations using the most current demographic and competitive information available
- Conduct on the ground project analysis to determine causes of under-performance, position relative to direct competitors, and opportunities to reposition

- Create clarity in pre-foreclosure, pre-bankruptcy, and other extended acquisition situations from distressed note purchases
- Understand current issues and discover potential pitfalls
- Develop concepts and strategies to reposition, liquidate or otherwise maximize value of an acquisition
- Procure project documents, including development agreements, land plans, infrastructure agreements, engineering estimates, engineering designs, and architectural plans, and other binding documents such as Strategic Partnership Agreements with local authorities, municipalities, etc.
Valuation
- Apply sophisticated financial models combined with a true understanding of the local market,intended customer, and product to generate a realistic valuation of the property, and targeted returns for the investment
