  • Create clarity in pre-foreclosure, pre-bankruptcy, and other extended acquisition situations from distressed note purchases
  • Understand current issues and discover potential pitfalls
  • Develop concepts and strategies to reposition, liquidate or otherwise maximize value of an acquisition
  • Procure project documents, including development agreements, land plans, infrastructure agreements, engineering estimates, engineering designs, and architectural plans, and other binding documents such as Strategic Partnership Agreements with local authorities, municipalities, etc.
