Huffman, Texas – September 27, 2011 – The Commons of Lake Houston, Acreage Lake Houston Waterfront Community, is opening its gates Saturday, October 22, 2011 from 12pm – 4pm for a free family pumpkin patch outing. The pumpkin patch will be on the exclusive white sandy beach at The Arboretum Nature Park. Visitors will explore the park on hayrides, eat free Bar-B-Que on the beach, find the perfect FREE fall pumpkin to take home, and dance under the majestic oaks to their favorite tunes.

Residents and friends will get the first peak of the 65-acre park at Saturday’s event. The lakeside park features huge white sandy lakefront beach, private boat ramp, fishing docks, amphitheater, sport fields, swimming lagoon, miles of hiking trails, party pavilions, and a private island to explore.

The Commons of Lake Houston, offers the only acreage living on Lake Houston. One to fifteen acre waterfront homesites start in the $150’s. Interior homesites over an acre start in the $50’s.
